Follow all steps described below. It is critical that you REMEMBER TO CLICK the COMPLETE BUTTON AT STEP 5 after all requested actions in Steps 1-4 are finished. That officially will activate your claim pulling robot.
STEP 1 - Write down your Coalition Health email shown below and open this pdf link:

Please write this down as you will need to replace your current email at BCBS with your custom email so that our claim robot will receive the authentication email going forward to access and synchronize your claims with your deductible reimbursement plan.
Do not worry, you will still be able to log into BCBS yourself by using the alternative CELL PHONE authentication. Just make sure you update your cell phone when you complete the instructions below.
STEP 2 - Update your USER NAME AND PASSWORD FOR BCBS HERE:
Remember, by sharing your User Name and Password securely here, our claim robot is able to get an IMMEDIATE DIRECT CLAIM FEED from BCBS to reprocess your claim to your SECONDARY BENEFIT. This speeds up your reimbursement by many days.

**When you log in, BCBS will likely prompt you to retrieve a token they will send to your email (That is exactly the reason we need to update your email on file at BCBS!)
STEP 4 - Login to your Coalition Email to validate your BCBS email Change

STEP 5 - Click the "Complete" button below when you have completed the update at BCBS. We will automatically resume pulling your claims
