My name is Sean Go and I work for Certified Health. Certified Health is an independent third party administrator that manages the deductible reimbursement program for different companies. We were hired by (company name) to monitor your claims to make sure that you receive your reimbursement check each year. We work for you to get any reimbursements you are entitled to. We have many safety protocols in place so that we safeguard the privacy of your health claim information and act as your trusted claim auditor. Your claim data is never shared with your employer.
In order to handle this automatically, we need to create and maintain a user name and password to (carrier name) web claim portal. However, it appears that you have already registered and we are currently unable to re-register you. You can resolve this through one of the methods below.
1. Automate Claim Pulling
to share your active carrier username password. Please confirm this works before entering.
2. Self-Administer
If you prefer, you can self- administer and print your Explanation of Benefits and complete claim forms by mail. Most employees favor leaving the process on auto pilot so that they do not need to do anything. If you choose to self-administer, please call (630) 756-1169 so that we can walk you through the process of sending out the Explanation of Benefits as well as the claim forms.
